Our summer has already gone crazy, and I'm loving almost every minute of it. I've been really relishing the blessings God has given us as a family, both the material and spiritual. He is truly SO good when we can never deserve it. I am humbled as I realize that there is nothing that I have ever done to deserve even His attention, yet He calls me His daughter and treats me like a princess. I feel like I'm on top of the world! Try to beat that. :)
We are all rushing around in different places today, as we finish up all those last minute things we need to do before we go, which just for your information definitely includes going to the Beach this afternoon/evening -if you happen to see this before too late we'll be at Doheny. :D But anyway, I wanted to drop a little note to you all and so here I am....or was.
Oh! And I wanted to show you all something....
Drum roll please!!
Da-da-da!!!!!!
How do you like THAT??? Pretty rad, don't you think? |
And one more thing before I go, we seriously LOVE getting comments on our blog. But, we'd love it more if you guys would put your names in the comments so that we could know who you are. It just makes it so much more personal, and it's really not that hard. Thanks! :)

It's getting closER to being done. But still not done. Our guest room is super close to being done, it's looking super nice these days. I'll have to get some pics up soon.
Hello Dortignacs!
The house looks great! You all have done a beautiful job.
Have a lovely time up in Oregon and Lord willing, you all will find some time to take a break amid all of that busyness!

Hi D's. Glad to see this become a reality, as you've been waiting, praying, and working for some time.
We are hoping Chris will be coming to visit us in northern Michigan after the 'bachelor's' wedding.
In Christ, Izzy Lyman (and the Wids)
